Boatos surgiram sobre o fim do 13°Salário!

diap.org.brAgain re-circulated on the Internet an "information" that misinforms and disrupts the debate in the union movement. It is electronic message that says that passed the House of Representatives the end of the 13th salary. The news is false. Faced with multiple queries made to the parliamentary office of the DIAP, we decided to again convey this information to shed light on misinformation about the "end of the 13th salary" and other workers' rights.
In late March 2006, the parliamentary office of the DIAP, reported through the agency of the news agency that the adoption of the end of the 13th by Congress was and is false, it reaffirms.
The proposition that more approached it, the PL 5,483 / 01, sent to Congress by former President Fernando Henrique Cardoso, was intended to relax the CLT through modification of Article 618, to allow the prevalence of the negotiated over the legislated.
In other words, the project authorized that collective bargaining could reduce or eliminate labor rights. But that project, which was approved in the House and awaiting conclusive vote in the Senate, was taken from processing by the government Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva in the first year of the first term, so in 2003.

Resistance in the Working Committee

The project, developed in the management of Labor's former minister, former deputy and current senator Francisco Dornelles (PP / RJ), despite the high strength of the union movement and then the fighting congressman and current Senator Paulo Paim (PT / RS) passed the House and sent for consideration by the Senate. In this House, the matter yet come to be processed under the number of PLC 134/01.
Resistance and combating project in the House Working Committee were relentless; the point of the matter is not approved in the council. What forced the mayor at the time, Deputy Aécio Neves (PSDB / MG), to bring under [call for you] the project to vote directly on the floor of the House.
However, President Lula, who had made a commitment to stay the course of the project, sent a message 78/03, requesting the filing of the PLC 134. Thus, in the session of April 10, 2003, the message was read and approved by the full Senate, it is definitively shelved the project.
The Senate, through Official Letter 594, dated 05/08/03, addressed to the Head of State Minister of the Civil House of the Presidency, forwarded the message 60/03 (SF), to the President of the Republic, participating on the filing House Bill (PLC) 134. The "news" is therefore false! (Marcos Verlaine)
